La bonne nouvelle, c\u2019est qu\u2019un mod\u00e8le bien con\u00e7u r\u00e8gle les deux probl\u00e8mes une fois pour toutes. C\u2019est un support de marque au m\u00eame titre que la <a href=\"\/blog\/carte-de-visite-guide\/\">carte de visite<\/a>, et il m\u00e9rite sa place dans la <a href=\"\/blog\/charte-graphique-contenu\/\">charte graphique<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ce que dit le d\u00e9cret 05-468<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le d\u00e9cret ex\u00e9cutif 05-468 fixe les conditions et les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9tablissement de la facture, du bon de transfert, du bon de livraison et de la facture r\u00e9capitulative. Selon le minist\u00e8re du Commerce, le vendeur doit d\u00e9livrer une facture pour toute vente entre professionnels, et au consommateur qui la demande. Le non-respect de ces r\u00e8gles est sanctionn\u00e9 dans le cadre de la loi 04-02 sur les pratiques commerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les mentions \u00e0
