The cutting die
A custom box needs a die made for it. On a short run, it can cost more than the boxes themselves.

A product to test, a wedding, a shop, a first online sale: you need a little, but beautiful. We design and produce your boxes, labels and printed items from just a few units, with the solution that suits your quantity.
What makes the price
It’s everything that has to be prepared before the first one. A cutting die, plates or a machine setup cost the same for 50 or for 5,000 units. Choosing well means avoiding them.

Understanding a packaging quote (in French) →Offset engraves one plate per colour and sets up the press before the first good copy. Digital does without: that’s its strength.
Offset or digital? (in French) →Some boards can only be bought by the full ream or reel. We choose those available in small quantities.
Foil, embossing, spot UV: each one adds tooling. For a short run, we achieve a polished result another way.
50, 200 or 500 units? (in French) →What you get
What works for 50 units doesn’t work for 500. We start from what the run needs to achieve for you, then choose the solution.
An existing box, a sleeve, a band or a label: a polished object, fast, with no tooling.
For jars, bottles, sachets and boxes, with a free area for what changes often: batch, date, flavour.
When the format is fixed: a small die, a simple insert, and everything else standard.
Thank-you cards, flyers, gift tags: everything that goes with the box.
Identity, graphics and print-ready files designed for a short run: no more, no less than it needs.
Once the product and demand are stable, we move to tooling and offset to bring the unit price down.
How it works
Is your quantity close to the point where offset becomes cost-effective? We price both options, you choose.

Frequently asked questions
No, we produce from just a few units. The unit price drops as the quantity grows: the quote shows you by how much.
Because some costs don’t depend on quantity: cutting die, plates, machine setup, material bought in minimum lots, special finishes. On 50 units they’re shared among few copies; on 5,000 they become negligible.
Digital has almost no start-up costs: it suits small quantities, short deadlines and multiple versions. Offset is expensive to set up but cheap per copy: it becomes cost-effective once the quantity covers the plates. For an exact brand colour, offset remains the benchmark.
Very short with digital, longer with offset because of plates, make-ready and drying. The exact lead time is in your quote.
Yes, and it’s often the best idea for a first run: a stock box with a label, a sleeve or a band avoids tooling and leaves room to change.
We avoid printing on the box what changes often (batch, date, flavour, product code) and plan a variable area. You don’t end up with a stock of boxes that are now wrong.
The quantity, the material and the finishes make the price. After a first conversation, you receive a detailed quote that separates design from production and, if your quantity lends itself to it, two options to compare.
