How quickly do you respond when something breaks?
We don’t promise a repair time before knowing what’s broken: a broken page and a hacked site don’t require the same work. What we guarantee is responsiveness: a fast response, a diagnosis, and updates at every step.
My site has been hacked: what should I do?
Take it offline if necessary, change all passwords, restore a clean backup, update everything, then find the vulnerability so it doesn’t happen again. We can handle it, even if your site isn’t under contract yet.
