Cosmetic packaging · Algiers

A 30 ml bottle.Everything it has to say.

Your formula is ready. Now it has to fit on a few square centimetres: the brand, the promise, the mandatory information in Arabic and French, the barcode. We design the carton, the label and the gift box that pass the authorisation file and make people want them on the shelf.

The real problem

Your product is ready.Your label isn’t yet.

A cosmetic is judged in three seconds on the shelf, and its label is checked line by line when the file is submitted. These two requirements are solved together, or they contradict each other.

File

The file is waiting for your label

The labelling mock-up is part of the prior authorisation application. If the packaging comes later, the whole launch waits.

Material

The first drop of oil

An unprotected paper label stains the first time it’s used. Oils, soaps and bathrooms call for a film or a varnish.

Reviewing a proof (in French) →
Barcode

The forgotten barcode

Mandatory on pre-packaged products since March 2023. Added at the last moment, it eats into the panel that was supposed to sell.

What you get

The bottle, the carton, the label.Designed together.

On a small container, every millimetre counts: the carton carries what the bottle can’t, without taking anything away from the brand.

Cartons

Cartons and boxes

The box that protects and holds the bottle, carries the long information and opens in a way that makes people want to buy again.

Containers

Labels and sleeves

Bottles, tubes, jars, droppers: the right material for the use, validated on your actual container.

File

Labelling mock-up

All the information in place, in Arabic and French, ready to attach to your authorisation application.

Range

A skincare line

Colours, grids and rules to add a product without redrawing everything, and stay recognisable on the shelf.

Gifts

Gift boxes and limited editions

Ramadan, holidays, launches: the gift box that turns a range into a present. Start several weeks before the date.

Production

Managed production

Process chosen, files prepared, proof on the real material, batch and date checked on the first units.

How it works

Six steps,in the order that avoids redoing everything.

The mock-up exists before the file, the proof is reviewed on the real material: that’s what spares you a second print run.

Frequently asked questions

Before you write to us,straight answers.

Do you need authorisation to manufacture cosmetics in Algeria?

Yes. Manufacturing and importing cosmetic and personal hygiene products require prior authorisation, on a file submitted to the wilaya’s trade directorate. This file includes the labelling mock-up: that’s why we prepare it before submission.

Must a cosmetic label be in Arabic?

Yes. Law 09-03 requires labelling in Arabic; other languages can be added. We organise both languages from the start rather than adding Arabic at the end.

Is a barcode mandatory on a cosmetic?

Yes, for pre-packaged products intended for human consumption, food or non-food, since March 2023. Its position and size are planned from the mock-up.

Do you check that my information complies?

We lay out the information you provide and point out what’s missing or risky. The exact list depends on your product and is validated with your regulatory manager or the trade directorate. The formula and claims remain the manufacturer’s responsibility.

Which label for an oil or a liquid soap?

A film label, or a paper label protected by varnish or lamination, that resists oil and water. We test it on the real container, with its curve.

What is the timeline?

Allow 3 to 8 weeks depending on the structure, the number of products and the rounds of feedback, not counting the processing time of your authorisation file.

How much does cosmetic packaging cost?

The number of products, the structure, the finishes and the quantities make the price. After a first conversation, you receive a detailed quote that separates design from production.

Will my project stay confidential?

Yes. A formula or a launch is prepared discreetly: we can sign a non-disclosure agreement before any detailed discussion.
